Francis Graduated from Ballston Spa High School in 2005.
He Attended College at the University of New Haven in CT and also SUNY Albany
Francis joined the Navy in September of 2007. His Basic Training was at The Great Lakes Naval Training Center north of Chicago, Illinois.
His Submarine Training was at Groton Submarine Base in Groton, CT.
In April of 2009, the USS Jacksonville SSN 699 was redeployed to the Pacific Submarine Fleet from the Atlantic Submarine Fleet.
Francis is stationed on board the USS Jacksonville SSN 699 which is home ported at Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Francis' rank is 2nd Class Petty Officer (E5), and his rating (Job Title) is NAV/ET.
